A 22-month-old female scaredy cat tiger appeared to get the shock of her young life when she encountered a dead leaf floating on a pool of water in the Bandhavgarh National Park, India. Clearly unusure about just what was approaching her, the partially submerged youngster’s tail shot up in the air and with teeth bared she let out her most fearsome growl - all in an effort to scare the humble leaf away.

Mass Effect Fantasy AU. Aimed more at MERP than the larger part of the Mass Effect community. Whoops.

I don’t remember how much I went into what I had plotted but basically each race found a gate (Mass Relay) that would connect their world to others. Including a nexus point (Citadel). Humanity was the last to discover their gate and enter galactic civilization. blah blah blah

Each gate seeps out some weird shit that is responsible for bizarre happenings. Like the ability in sapient races to use that power as magic (Biotics). Inside each gate is actually more like a giant labyrinthine building. Which is actually the same labyrinthine building in all gates. It’s super easy to get lost in which is why vehicles were created to make the journey less hazardous.

Humanity has ended a civil war between the Shepards and Cerberus which ended with a Cerberus victory and the crowning of a new Emperor. He has become known as the Illusive Emperor as he has remained hidden despite his rule. Not many seasons after this event another war broke lose. This one an unknown who came from the gate.

The unknowns with Earth have been declared too dangerous to the galactic community and all travel there off limits.

I PLAN ON writing some stuff on the Shepards after this but I wanted to draw that illustration on the computer since my work was getting sloppy.
